This beautiful homestead has a 1547 sq. ft. rancher & a 2 bed mobile home, both with separate addresses and driveways. With a little TLC the mobile would make a great rental. There is RV parking beside the mobile with sani-dump available. The property grounds have been well maintained and have supported 2 horses. On the South-East section there is a loafing shed & separate barn which includes a studio, guest sleeping quarters, summer kitchen and an RV connected to a sani-dump. The barn has it's own electrical meter separate from the main residence and is accessed off Cheddar Rd. This private property has numerous rhododendrons, mature landscape, a magical pond with flowering yellow irises & a hugely abundant blueberry patch. Not in the ALR. Some items on the Exclusion List will be for sale. The Seller would like to complete the sale ASAP but remain in the studio until the end of March.

ABOUT ME:
Carol Riera - REALTOR®, B.ED., M. of Applied Linguistics
Born and raised in Vancouver, Carol has lived in three provinces, travelled extensively and is fluent in both French and English. Carol worked in Education for more than 20 years, teaching every grade from preschool to the college level. She is known for her involvement in community activities, her attention to detail and her customer service skills.
Always looking for new challenges, Carol embarked on a Master's of Linguistics with the University of Nottingham in 2011. When deciding to return to beautiful, BC, Qualicum Beach was an easy choice for Carol and her husband, Bruno Sterckeman, as it was a return to family and a milder climate. In order to make the move, and encouraged by her sister, Carol enrolled in the Sauder School of Business at UBC to study Real Estate Trading Services.
Throughout her varied career, Carol has always enjoyed serving others, organizing many cultural and humanitarian trips as a teacher and is now happy to support the Children's Miracle Network as a REALTOR® at RE/MAX Anchor Realty. Her greatest asset is her outgoing and warm personality which helps her develop long-term relationships with others. Licensed in 2016, Carol feels blessed to have recently joined her sister Cindy Riera, PREC. Now when clients call Carol or Cindy they get two passionate, hard-working REALTORS® working for you as one. Carol and Cindy allow you to have trust and confidence in experienced representation!
