Enjoy peaceful country living on this truly beautiful 1.09 acre meadow like property with mature trees at property edge and great, distant, south facing mountain views. Merely 10 minutes from Qualicum Beach village and 15 minutes to Parksville its an easy commute to Port Alberni. This land is barely developed but has a livable 1974 double wide mobile home which needs a new furnace. There is currently no running water as the pump to the well needs work or better yet a new well (professional estimate $6,000). This home has been productive agricultural land at some time and can be again. Grow vegetables for yourself and family and enjoy the peace and quiet of the land while planning your personal dream home on this acerage.

ABOUT ME:
Carol Riera - REALTOR®, B.ED., M. of Applied Linguistics
Born and raised in Vancouver, Carol has lived in three provinces, travelled extensively and is fluent in both French and English. Carol worked in Education for more than 20 years, teaching every grade from preschool to the college level. She is known for her involvement in community activities, her attention to detail and her customer service skills.
Always looking for new challenges, Carol embarked on a Master's of Linguistics with the University of Nottingham in 2011. When deciding to return to beautiful, BC, Qualicum Beach was an easy choice for Carol and her husband, Bruno Sterckeman, as it was a return to family and a milder climate. In order to make the move, and encouraged by her sister, Carol enrolled in the Sauder School of Business at UBC to study Real Estate Trading Services.
Throughout her varied career, Carol has always enjoyed serving others, organizing many cultural and humanitarian trips as a teacher and is now happy to support the Children's Miracle Network as a REALTOR® at RE/MAX Anchor Realty. Her greatest asset is her outgoing and warm personality which helps her develop long-term relationships with others. Licensed in 2016, Carol feels blessed to have recently joined her sister Cindy Riera, PREC. Now when clients call Carol or Cindy they get two passionate, hard-working REALTORS® working for you as one. Carol and Cindy allow you to have trust and confidence in experienced representation!
