Welcome to the latest phase in the Chartwell community. This impressive home was built by Paul Turner of Windward Construction and the enduring quality is obvious. From the concrete roof shingles to the Hardi Plank siding, heat pump with natural gas furnace as backup, and hot water on demand, this home was built with exacting standards. Over height doors and closets, solid maple cabinetry, granite counters, and solid Beech flooring, are just some of the quality finishes used throughout. Lovingly maintained, this one owner home shows like the day it was built. The peaceful and private backyard boasts a covered patio to relax and enjoy. Space to park the RV or boat. Just blocks from Eaglecrest Golf Club, the beach, and minutes to downtown Qualicum Beach and the French Creek marina. There is nothing to do here except move in and enjoy the flowering Plum trees that grace the yard and the Qualicum Beach lifestyle! Homes in this phase rarely become available, so act quickly!

Carol Riera - REALTOR®, B.ED., M. of Applied Linguistics
Born and raised in Vancouver, Carol has lived in three provinces, travelled extensively and is fluent in both French and English. Carol worked in Education for more than 20 years, teaching every grade from preschool to the college level. She is known for her involvement in community activities, her attention to detail and her customer service skills.
Always looking for new challenges, Carol embarked on a Master's of Linguistics with the University of Nottingham in 2011. When deciding to return to beautiful, BC, Qualicum Beach was an easy choice for Carol and her husband, Bruno Sterckeman, as it was a return to family and a milder climate. In order to make the move, and encouraged by her sister, Carol enrolled in the Sauder School of Business at UBC to study Real Estate Trading Services.
Throughout her varied career, Carol has always enjoyed serving others, organizing many cultural and humanitarian trips as a teacher and is now happy to support the Children's Miracle Network as a REALTOR® at RE/MAX Anchor Realty. Her greatest asset is her outgoing and warm personality which helps her develop long-term relationships with others. Licensed in 2016, Carol feels blessed to have recently joined her sister Cindy Riera, PREC. Now when clients call Carol or Cindy they get two passionate, hard-working REALTORS® working for you as one. Carol and Cindy allow you to have trust and confidence in experienced representation!
