Several big upgrades recently. This charming rancher is clean as a whistle. Tucked away quietly in a very nice neighborhood and the location is conveniently close to all amenities, only a couple of minutes to the beach. Turn key and ready to enjoy. This hard to find these days, level lot rancher comes complete with several big upgrades in 2008 and most recently from 2014 to 2016. A new Lennox gas forced air furnace in 2014, newer toilets, newer hot water heater, new garage door, some newer appliances and a new laminated fiberglass shingle roof in 2016. There are plenty of windows and skylights to keep the home bright and cheery with ample room in the kitchen/family room area for entertaining or just relaxing with a view of the flower gardens in a nicely landscaped back yard. The two gas fireplaces keep the home warm and cozy on those cooler nights. A double car garage compliments the front of the home. Act Fast!
