***RARE AUGUSTA MODEL***Outstanding Augusta model overlooking the beautiful Morningstar Golf Course offers spectacular views in a park-like setting. No golf balls, nice distance from the fairway, spacious 616 sqft of patio space all the way around. With floor to ceiling windows and soaring ceilings to bring the outdoors in, this open plan Bosa design and build was way ahead of it's time. Comfortable radiant heat from the gas fired boiler system, with a new natural gas fireplace and BBQ connection. All newer engineered hardwood floors, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with ensuites), a cozy den, gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook, open living room and dining room. Strata fees are $420/month and new fibreglass roof will be installed in 2018, there are no special assessments to be paid as Seller has already paid this. Skylights, phantom screens, some new doors, and back patio extends width of home, plus one off the master bedroom. Additional parking beside garage. A pleasure to view.
Carol Riera - REALTOR®, B.ED., M. of Applied Linguistics
Born and raised in Vancouver, Carol has lived in three provinces, travelled extensively and is fluent in both French and English. Carol worked in Education for more than 20 years, teaching every grade from preschool to the college level. She is known for her involvement in community activities, her attention to detail and her customer service skills.
Always looking for new challenges, Carol embarked on a Master's of Linguistics with the University of Nottingham in 2011. When deciding to return to beautiful, BC, Qualicum Beach was an easy choice for Carol and her husband, Bruno Sterckeman, as it was a return to family and a milder climate. In order to make the move, and encouraged by her sister, Carol enrolled in the Sauder School of Business at UBC to study Real Estate Trading Services.
Throughout her varied career, Carol has always enjoyed serving others, organizing many cultural and humanitarian trips as a teacher and is now happy to support the Children's Miracle Network as a REALTOR® at RE/MAX Anchor Realty. Her greatest asset is her outgoing and warm personality which helps her develop long-term relationships with others. Licensed in 2016, Carol feels blessed to have recently joined her sister Cindy Riera, PREC. Now when clients call Carol or Cindy they get two passionate, hard-working REALTORS® working for you as one. Carol and Cindy allow you to have trust and confidence in experienced representation!
