Welcome retirees, families and first time Buyers. Hard to find an economical home these days within minutes to Parksville and Coombs. This 2 bedroom one bathroom 14 ft. wide mobile home is located in Pires Mobile Home Park which is a nice mix of retired people and families. The current owner has an updated electrical silver sticker and added an economical Heat Pump with A/C and an electric forced air furnace. Updates include: vinyl windows, laminate flooring, appliances and paint. The master bedroom was converted from a 2 bedroom to a single master bedroom...could easily be 3 bedrooms again. There is a covered 12 x 8 porch at the entry and an additional small porch and garden shed at the back door. This home is tucked away from the Highway noise, and a child friendly park which makes this a great buy!
