***SHELLYBROOK MHP*** Pride of ownership is evident in this lovingly cared for 1221 sq ft mobile home, in popular Shellybrook MHP close to all shops, bus transit, and amenities in downtown Parksville. The vaulted ceilings and open plan allows for lots of natural light to come from the sunny west windows and kitchen skylights. The extra addition provides loads of space for a den/family room, hobbies, storage and more. The roof was replaced in 2007 with a 30 year fiberglass roof. There is a spacious garden area, umbrella clothes line and garden shed. This well run Mobile Home Park has nice green spaces, friendly, cheerful residents and you can bring your small cat or dog with you. A wonderful, affordable retirement community within walking distance to pharmacy, grocery and retail stores. There is covered parking and lots of guest parking with RV parking in a designated area. All appliances are included and are in working order but not warranted by the Seller. A pleasure to view.
