Desirable Qualicum Village Center! This compact & efficient one bedroom condo is in the heart of Qualicum Beach. Completely upgraded, and thousands spent on this spotlessly clean, like new charmer with an in-unit washer & dryer, and new opening skylight in kitchen. The building is a contemporary walk-up close to Ravensong Pool, recreation centre, 10 acre Park, trails, shops and cafes. A bright and cheerful home with south facing balcony. Ideal for investment, (rentals allowed), or for those who prefer walking and biking instead of driving. On bus route & easy highway access. Current owners have spent over $27,000 on upgrades in the past few years. This would make the perfect vacation getaway for those yet to retire, but still desire their own Island accommodation, and this is one of the lowest priced condos in Qualicum Village. This condo would also be an affordable starter for the 'first time buyer'. No age restriction, tenants and pets allowed! New hot water tank in 2017.
